About Us
Ashley Price established the company in 1988. The business has never advertised and through recommendation only, has steadily grown and now operates from premises in Welwyn village located close to the A1(M) in Hertfordshire.
The business has evolved from purely a Mortgage Brokerage to include a variety of insurance services both for individuals and businesses. The company has an excellent reputation for interpreting economic trends and predicting future interest rate movements.
Our clients have benefited from the best mortgage and insurance products available and are offered regular reviews by the team of advisers who operate in a friendly and professional way, to ensure the best advice is given. As a brokerage we are able to select products from the whole of the mortgage market and a restricted panel in the general insurance market. We tailor the products to suit the individual needs of the client.

ASHLEY PRICE 47 years in the Financial Prior to forming Ashley Price Associates, I spent 24 years with TSB Group, starting in a branch in Leicester and finishing as Head of Customer Relations at Head Office in London. In between I spent time as manager of three branches and Head of Business Development in Newcastle Upon Tyne. I was part of a small team in TSB, which developed and piloted the Banks Mortgage Service. I hold the qualifications of The Chartered Institute of Banks, The Chartered Institute of Marketing and The Institute of Financial Services, Mortgage Qualification (CeMap). |

CHRIS OYETUNDE 17 years in the Insurance Industry. After 8 years working with Royal & Sun Alliance Chris joined the business in 2001 to set up the insurance arm as a qualified Financial Adviser but now specialises in mortgages and insurance. Chris is also a partner in the business and is active in his local church and enjoys spending time with his family. |

STUART JOHNSON Has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. Joined the business in 2010 with a focus on mortgages and protection insurance. Stuart is also a qualified and active sports coach, delivering football and cricket sessions in local schools and clubs. |
